#MomItForward

I was busily working on a few things before running out to volunteer in Lucas' class this morning when I noticed an influx of twitter followers. This always scares me. The first time it happened was when some right-wing activist attacked me on Twitter because of my NoH8 family picture avatar. So while these days my increase is usually due to being mentioned by Bachelor @AndyBaldwin (yea, we "kinda" run in the same circles. By "kinda", I mean we're both in San Diego and twice we were both in the same building at the same time), a sudden influx of followers always makes wonder "Who's talking about me?"

Today, it just happened that I was the Mom of the Day for MomItForward.

Too bad I feel a bit like I was caught with my pants down, as I haven't updated this blog in over week.

Those of you who know me know that I post over here a bit irregularly these days; Yes, I'm spreading myself a little thin. Since this is the only place I don't have a "deadline" things tend to get pushed to the back burner.

With that in mind, I invite you to check out some of my posts on other sites:

SDMOMfia:

I get crafty: "If you take a mom to Michael's"

I get flashy: "Fall Nail Trends"

I get techie: "MOMfia TechTalkThursdays: Facebook Privacy Changes"

Then over at my new gig writing for La Costa Life, "I talk Fun, Clever and Healthy School lunches" and "Date Night In La Costa!"
